It's not often I take the time to write reviews but the service was 5 stars, knew exactly what I needed, spoke to the manufacturer to see if it was feasible and within 10 mins got back to me so I could place my order, I needed an uncommon size euro cylinder made to code, ordered Wednesday, delivered Tuesday morning, excellent service thank you.

It was out of hours and we broke a key in a lock, meaning the office was locked shut. It was imperative that we had a quick service to prevent disruption to the office the next day. The service engineer from Help Locks turned up really quickly, unlocked the door and prevented the problem from happening again. I would and do highly recommend the team at Help Locks
