Used help locks today as our old locks where magnetic locks and had no card to make new keys .. we have 4 people in our house with only 2 keys between us all .. the magnet locks wanted to take one of our keys aways for 1 to 2 weeks for 35 pound to do a new card leaving 4 people with 1 key for thus time plus an extra 16 quid per key we needed .. Was so much easier using help locks got 3 keys with the lock and ordered and 2 additional ones on the way fantastic and easy job .. done within 12 hours of me asking for help .. plus Paul was fantastic and polite and showed me other things to look out for in the near future with handles that I know are nearly broken .. Brilliant service x

We can’t recommend Paul highly enough. After coming out to see us and discussing what options were available for new door handles / locks, on Paul’s advice we decided on locking security door handles as the locks already fitted were adequate.Paul returned to fit the new handles the next day so the job was all done within 48 hours of our initial phone enquiry. As well as being more secure the new handles look really nice and have improved the appearance of the whole door.Highly recommended.
