Tilt & Turn UPVC Window Repaired

The Problem

Customers were unable to close or lock their kitchen window. This was not only an inconvenience but a huge security risk as this window is big enough for an adult to fit through & ground floor. The family were also due to go on holiday the next day.

Our Solution

We first removed the shattered mechanism so we could identify the part that needed replacing & take the relevant measurements. We were able to return to the property with the new mechanism in just a couple of hours. To prevent the same break happening again, once the new part had been fit, we realigned the window so that it would open, close & lock easily. This sort of repair is very cost effective when compared with buying a whole new window.
