Paul and his team helped me out on a bank holiday evening as my lock froze and I couldn't close the door. He was at my house in 10mins and had a replacement lock in within 30 mins! he then also took a look at the door giving it adjustment where needed so no more slamming.

It was out of hours and we broke a key in a lock, meaning the office was locked shut. It was imperative that we had a quick service to prevent disruption to the office the next day.
